Terms of Service

“Service” means the Deskly software available at https://go.deskly.pro and on deskly.pro. “User” means a person using the Service. “Plan” means the selected plan with its set of limits and features.

The rights holder grants the User the right to use the Service under a SaaS model (access over the internet) within the scope of the selected plan. Exclusive rights to the Service belong to the rights holder.

To access the Service you must create an account and a workspace. The User undertakes to provide accurate data and keep credentials confidential. The User is responsible for actions taken under the account.

A 14-day trial period is available. After it ends, a paid plan must be selected to continue. Prices are shown on the pricing page in the selected currency.

Payment is made in advance for the selected period. Access to a paid plan is granted after payment is received.

The rights holder ensures the Service’s availability and provides technical support within a reasonable time. The User undertakes not to disrupt the Service, not to use it for unlawful purposes and to comply with applicable law.

During the trial period functionality may be limited. Data entered during this period is retained upon upgrading to a paid plan.

The Service is provided “as is”. The rights holder is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, except as expressly required by law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

The rights holder may change these Terms and plans by publishing a new version on the website. The User may stop using the Service at any time. Refunds for an unused paid period are made by agreement of the parties.
