Privacy Policy

Updated: June 15, 2026

This Policy describes how the Deskly service (the “Service”) collects, uses and protects users’ personal data. By using the Service and the deskly.pro website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is [ИП Иванов Иван Иванович], [ИНН 000000000000], [ОГРНИП 000000000000000]. Contact address for requests: support@deskly.pro.

The controller processes personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

2. What data we process

Account data: name, email address, phone number, organization name, team role.

Data the user enters while using the Service: information about their clients, appointments, tasks, payments and other working objects. For such data the user acts as the controller and Deskly as a processor acting on the user’s instructions.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies, activity logs and analytics events needed to operate and improve the Service.

3. Purposes of processing

Providing access to the Service and its features; identifying the user and their team.

Operating notifications, including via Telegram, and customer support.

Invoicing and processing payments for the selected plan.

Ensuring security, preventing fraud and improving the Service.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the data subject’s consent, the necessity to perform the contract (the terms of service), and the legitimate interests of the controller that do not override the rights of data subjects.

5. Cookies and analytics

The website uses necessary cookies to function correctly and analytics cookies to measure performance. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings; some features may then work incorrectly.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery), payment providers to process payments, and the Telegram service — only to the extent necessary to provide the service and subject to their confidentiality obligations.

7. Storage and security

Data is stored for the lifetime of the account and the period required by law. We apply organizational and technical safeguards: transport encryption, role-based access control and activity logging.

8. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, withdraw your consent, and obtain information about how it is processed. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address in the “Contacts” section.

9. Changes to this policy

The controller may update this Policy. The current version is published on this page with the date of the last update.

10. Contacts
